What equipment does ForceIQ work with?

Any isometric dynamometer that exports data as CSV, including Biodex, HUMAC NORM, and isokinetic systems generally. 7 dynamometers also pair directly for real-time capture over Web Bluetooth (Chrome, Edge): Tindeq Progressor, Squegg, Muscle Meter, PitchSix Force Board, VALD DynaMo, FightTech, ActivForce 2.

Is my patient data secure?

ForceIQ runs on Google Cloud (Firebase) with encryption at rest and in transit. We support HIPAA compliance with a Business Associate Agreement available to clinics on every plan. The platform is designed to work with de-identified patient codes, so PHI collection is optional and turns on only after a clinic accepts the BAA.

Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?

Yes, at any time. Annual billing saves 15%. The discount applies to all seats in your clinic.

What happens when I hit the free tier limit?

Your existing data stays accessible. You can view, export, and generate reports for all existing patients and sessions. To add new patients or sessions beyond the cap, upgrade to Pro.

What if I downgrade from Pro to Free with more than 5 patients?

Nothing is deleted. All your existing patients, sessions, and reports stay fully viewable, exportable, and reportable. On the free tier you simply cannot add new patients or upload new sessions beyond the free caps. Your existing data stays available, and you can resubscribe anytime to add new data again.

What's the difference between Capture and IsoForge?

Capture is a formal assessment tool — maximum-effort isometric contractions with the full metric suite computed on session end. IsoForge is a biofeedback training environment — submaximal, repeated training contractions with visual targets and a training summary. Same Bluetooth connection, different clinical purpose.

Do I need to install anything?

No. ForceIQ is a web application that runs entirely in the browser. No downloads, no plugins. Web Bluetooth for real-time capture requires Chrome or Edge.
