Dynamometry Lab

How to use the Dynamometry Lab

  1. Metric walkthrough starts with Meet the metrics: what each number is, how to read it, which way is better, and what moves it, with three trials side by side. Then come the deep dives into Peak, RTD and Steadiness: the signals, processing and nuances behind each number. Each deep-dive step shows one idea on one real recording, with one thing to change, and puts ForceIQ's own result next to yours.
  2. Test setup covers what happens before the numbers: choosing the knee angle (60° or 90°), strap position and line of pull, a printable pre-test checklist, and a keep-or-exclude activity on real and simulated trials.
  3. Torque explorer is the full analysis for a deep dive: every setting, every metric, the rate of change under the force trace, and ForceIQ's result alongside.
  4. On any chart: drag a box to zoom (sideways for time, up and down for force), scroll to zoom time, Shift + scroll to zoom force, switch to Pan to move around, and Reset to go back. Drag the green onset marker, the threshold line or the windows where the step allows it.
  5. Dashed markers are ForceIQ's (onset and plateau, fixed); solid ones are yours.

Keyboard. Tab to the onset marker and use ← → (Shift for 10 ms steps). Tab to a window and use ← → to move it.
